Public Deliverables

This web page provides all public deliverables (i.e. written reports which are deliverables) compiled within the SmILES project. Please use the asset manager below to get metadata information about a deliverable or  to  download it. For accessing related e.g. specification documents or data-files according to the tabular listings within the deliverables please accces those via the download areas for documents and data-files.

Note, that the asset manager provides different views on list of deliverables and deliverables (e.g. see the button on top of the asset manager). The three-dot menu on the right side of an item in a list view will allow different operations on the item  (e.g. downloading).

If you just want to explore SmILES methodology or get access to SmILES compiled simulation project results, it's maybe easier for you to use the Shared Data and Information Platform showcase (SDIP Showcase) and either explore the methodology and results of the SmILES compiled sample projects, or access all simulation, component models and the like by using the SDIP search interface. Tutorials on the methodology can also be viewed as online video compilations of our two webinars provided at our webinar web page. Furthermore, if you want just a short overview over main results of the SmILES projects, please have a look at the 2-pager leaflet descriptions of main project results at the leaflet download area.

D4-1 Definition of a minimal set of component models including D4-1 attachments

Uploaded by Claudia Greceanu, 2/6/19 6:30 PM Work package WP4 aims at defining a consolidated approach for the simulations carried out in the SmILES project under work package WP5. Within this context, Task 4.1 focuses on the definition and characterisation of component models as key elements for simulations of full system configurations and use cases. To this end, this deliverable provides descriptions of the most relevant component models of storages and conversion technologies that will be used by the research partners of the SmILES consortium for the simulation studies in work package WP5. This compilation is based on a suitable format for defining and characterizing component models (model documentation), which was developed for the SmILES project and is presented in this document. Furthermore, the deliverable provides a qualitative approach for comparing the implementations of a component model with a reference (model consolidation), which allows the recipients of model descriptions to use the provided information in a meaningful way. This provides the link to use the models documented in this deliverable for the cross-simulation studies conducted in work package WP5.
