Public Deliverables

This web page provides all public deliverables (i.e. written reports which are deliverables) compiled within the SmILES project. Please use the asset manager below to get metadata information about a deliverable or  to  download it. For accessing related e.g. specification documents or data-files according to the tabular listings within the deliverables please accces those via the download areas for documents and data-files.

Note, that the asset manager provides different views on list of deliverables and deliverables (e.g. see the button on top of the asset manager). The three-dot menu on the right side of an item in a list view will allow different operations on the item  (e.g. downloading).

If you just want to explore SmILES methodology or get access to SmILES compiled simulation project results, it's maybe easier for you to use the Shared Data and Information Platform showcase (SDIP Showcase) and either explore the methodology and results of the SmILES compiled sample projects, or access all simulation, component models and the like by using the SDIP search interface. Tutorials on the methodology can also be viewed as online video compilations of our two webinars provided at our webinar web page. Furthermore, if you want just a short overview over main results of the SmILES projects, please have a look at the 2-pager leaflet descriptions of main project results at the leaflet download area.

D2.3 First reference description form

Thumbnail Uploaded by Shadi Shahoud, 10/4/18 2:59 PM The SmILES project aims at improving the knowledge on the integration of electrical and thermal storages in local multi-energy systems. Study cases will be analyzed based on cross-simulations using different methodologies available at the partner institutes. The testing procedure (described in D3.1) is based on a consistent set of definitions and a logical distinction between system configurations (SC), use cases (UC), societal contexts and test objectives, which all together, fuel the test cases and studies. To facilitate and harmonize the exchange of key information between partners regarding their System Configurations, a reference description form is being developed in WP2. A simplified template was issued in the frame of Task 2.2. The template was used for the selection of the SCs to be further evaluated in the SmILES project (see D2.2). Task 2.3 focuses on the development of a detailed reference description form. The form and its key design criteria are described in this document (D2.3).
